We Offer 3 days Hassel-free returns from the date of delivery & a further 10-15 days for the returned product(s) to reach us

We reserve the right not to accept return of products which
(i) we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or
(ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you). - Original Packaging and Tags: The apparel item should generally be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, or accessories that were attached to it when purchased. Removing tags or altering the item may void the return eligibility. (Original unpacking video is mandatory )

Unpacking Video Mandatory - We strive to provide the best quality products and services to our customers. To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, we have implemented the following policy:
1. Mandatory Unpacking Video
To be eligible for a return or exchange, customers must record a clear, unedited video while unpacking the product. This video serves as proof in case of any damage, defects, or missing items.
2. Video Guidelines
- The video must start before opening the package and continue until the product is fully unboxed and inspected.
- The entire process should be visible, including the outer packaging, shipping label, and product condition.
- The video must be continuous and unedited (no cuts, pauses, or alterations).
- The package and product details must be clearly visible.
3. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
A return or exchange will be accepted only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or missing items as shown in the video.
- The customer contacts us within 3 days of receiving the product.
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
4. Non-Eligibility
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
- No unpacking video is provided.
- The video is unclear, edited, or incomplete.
- The claim is made after the return/exchange window.
- The product has been used, damaged due to misuse, or lacks original packaging.
5. How to Submit the Video
Customers can share the unpacking video via email along with their order details and a description of the issue. Our team will review the video and process the return/exchange accordingly.

- We will not arrange the reverse pickup of products, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at Care@vyve.in and we will get back to you, Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team.
- Once confirmed by our customer experience team, we will arrange the reverse pickup Product/s within 10-15 days of receiving the request.
- Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
- As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc
- In case of an exchange; the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay charges of Rs. 250/- restocking fee.
- Kindly allow 15-20 days for the return to be processed & the amount to be shown in your Wallet. MODE OF REFUND IS STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- Both ways Shipping charges of 150/- will be deducted from the order value incase of refunds
- Shipping charges are not refundable
- Final Sale Items: anch.store designate certain items as "final sale," meaning they cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This is often the case with discounted or clearance items.

- cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse
- Once the product is exchanged or delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.
- If any customer needs quick service incase of any size exchanges you need to send your parcel in our warehouse as we also depend on third party courier services so its not in our hands to give quick size exchange facility so it takes minimum 20 days to get your product exchanged if we arrange your reverse pickups.
